There are many supports available to students who do not live in 成人抖音破解版's housing. The Office of Commuter Life/Returning to Education Adult Program is here to offer assistance and resources to traditional commuter students (ages 18 to 24) as well as to adult learners (25 and up).
There are several Commuter Advisers who provide information about events on campus, plan programs which allows students to grow and become more connected to 成人抖音破解版, and offer peer advising and guidance. A big focus is to make sure commuters know what is going on around campus and get involved in various events and clubs.
There are two lounges in the Palumbo Academic Center specifically designed for commuter student use. The Commuter Corner targets traditional commuters and is equipped with amenities such as a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave, tables & chairs), several soft seating areas and two study rooms. The Adult and Veteran Lounge is geared towards adult students and offers many of the same features as previously mentioned. Both lounges provide a place to meet and socialize with other commuter students as well as study and relax between classes. Also, there are lockers available for use that can be signed out for free for the academic year.
Parking can be challenging for commuters, however, there are several options to assist in getting to campus. A parking lottery is held early August for all full-time undergraduate commuters for the three ramps located on campus. In addition, student can ride the "e" (Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority) for free, use the Park-n-Ride shuttle, or try their luck on the street of Erie.
