The altar of sacrifice was produced by MJ Furniture in Fargo, North Dakota. The altar is built from red oak stained with a walnut finish. The front of the altar contains a beautiful carving of The Last Supper. Each side of the altar is adorned with 4 Carved Roman Columns. A beautiful white-gray marble top is a wonderful accent and finish for this piece.
The tabernacle is built of cast bronze panels with angels on each side, right and left. The door of the tabernacle is a replica of the Holy Door, the northernmost door to St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. The door contains cast bronze images depicting significant moments in the life of Christ.
Similar design to the Altar of Sacrifice, carved wood pillars and white-gray marble top, with a carving of the Apocalyptic Lamb on the front. The Apocalyptic Lamb is an image of Christ found in Chapter 5 of the Book of Revelation.
Solid wood ambo built to match the altar and the altar of repose. Carved into the front of the ambo is an image of each of the four Evangelists: Matthew (winged man or angel), Mark (winged lion), Luke (winged ox), and John (winged lion).
The corpus (body of Christ) on the crucifix located on the wall behind the altar is the original corpus from Mary, Seat of Wisdom Chapel. This original corpus of Christ the High Priest was restored by an artist from Pittsburgh and painted in metal leaf and placed upon a newly made wood cross, also built by a carpenter from the Pittsburgh area. The restoration of the crucifix brings out much of the previously unnoticed detail carved into the wooden corpus, such as the stole.
