Should you decide you do not wish to remain a member of this facility, you may cancel this agreement by contacting the assistant director by midnight of the third business day after the day you sign membership agreement and have filled out any supporting documents that may be needed. If you die or become permanently disabled after the date your agreement takes effect, you, or your estate, may cancel the membership agreement and receive a partial refund of your unused membership fee. The Recreation and Wellness Center may require p2roof of disability or death. All 成人抖音破解版 enrolled students, faculty, staff, and faculty/staff’s immediate dependents (spouse & children) have access to a free membership, and may utilize their 成人抖音破解版 I.D. card to gain access to facility. This is a part of their enrollment/employment at 成人抖音破解版, or relationship to a 成人抖音破解版 employee. All members without a valid 成人抖音破解版 I.D. card should purchase a membership to the facility, and will receive a unique member I.D. card to utilize.
Members inquiring about a membership freeze are to contact Ashley Prylinski, assistant director, for assistance. Valid reasons for a membership freeze: Medical emergency, surgery that prevents physical activity, death in family, or any reason accepted per professional staff member. Only the Assistant Director or Director is permitted to approve a membership freeze.
All valid members to the RWC are permitted to purchase 2 guest passes per day. Guest passes are $5.00 per day. Guest must complete a member profile and pay the fee prior to utilizing the facility. Guests are to stay with their sponsor at all times within the facility, and should the sponsor need to leave, the guest must leave as well. The RWC staff reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the facility should they violate facility or university policies.
All who are 16 years of age and older are eligible to purchase and hold a membership account on their own. Should a guest or member be under the age of 16 years old, they are to be with a member/sponsor who is at least 18 years of age at all times, and purchase accordingly.
