To comply with Pennsylvania Act 153 of 2014, 成人抖音破解版 is required to obtain the following clearances on each individual holding a position that involves interaction with children as part of their work at the University. A child is defined as someone under the age of 18 (please note that matriculated students are not included in this cohort). Please follow the instructions below for all three clearances.

These clearances must be renewed every 60 months. We recommend that you keep copies of your clearances for your own records.

Instructions for Obtaining Clearance Documents

All clearance documents should be uploaded to or emailed to hrdept@gannon.edu. Please do not email clearance documents to jessup001@gannon.edu.

Employees must have clearances issued for Employment purposes. Clearances issued for Volunteer purposes cannot be accepted for employees, even if you're volunteering for an event.

Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Clearance (FBI Fingerprinting)

• Click this link for full information and to make an appointment:
• Use service code 1KG756 when making your appointment.
• After completing your fingerprinting, email a clear photo or scan of the entire receipt to jessup001@gannon.edu for reimbursement of the fee.
• Fingerprinting results can take two weeks to arrive in the mail. You may be able to receive your results more quickly online. Please see the DHS IdentoGO Electronic Results Instructions.
• You are responsible for submitting your results to HR.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

• Contact jessup001@gannon.edu for your individual payment code to cover the cost of this clearance. Note: This is a one-time-only code. Do not share this code.
• Click this link to create an account and complete the clearance application:
• Select the "Individual 14 years of age or older who is applying for or holding a paid position as an employee" option for reason for applying.
• Results are typically available immediately, but may be delayed by the state agency.
• You are responsible for submitting your results to HR.

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance

• Please complete , so that Human Resources may run this clearance for you.
• Results are typically available immediately, but may be delayed by the state agency.
• A copy of this clearance can be provided to you upon request.

Volunteers

Employees should please use the employee instructions above, even if volunteering for a camp or event. These instructions are for individuals NOT on the 成人抖音破解版 payroll.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

• Go to  and follow the instructions for Volunteers. This will be free-of-charge to you.
• Results are typically available immediately, but may be delayed by the state agency.
• You are responsible for submitting your results.

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance

• Go to and select New Volunteer Record Check. This will be free-of-charge to you.
• Results are typically available immediately, but may be delayed by the state agency.
• You are responsible for submitting your results.

Federal Bureau of Investigation Criminal History Clearance (FBI Fingerprinting)

• If you HAVE been a resident of Pennsylvania for the entirety of the previous 10 years, you only need to complete the Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteers affidavit. You must have been a resident of Pennsylvania for the entirety of 10 years to use this document. If you temporarily lived out of Pennsylvania for any amount of time and for any reason, you may not legally use this affidavit.

• Read the Terms and Conditions for the use of PATCH and click "Accept".
• Select "Individual Request".
• Under Reason For Request, select "Employment".
• Complete the form.
• Results are typically available immediately, but may be delayed by the state agency.
• Download your clearance document.
