Kaylie Ling
Regional Sales Coordinator, Aflac

Kaylie Ling

Kaylie began her Aflac dream as an intern in the summer of 2006, while a Sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh. Her own personal family history with cancer allowed her to understand the need for our products and the goal to help others.  She was quick to adopt the Aflac ways and knew this was going to be her future. She was drawn to the opportunities for advancement, unlimited income potential, all while fulfilling her competitive mindset and desire to be a leader. One of her early achievements was being promoted to the role of District Sales Coordinator after only 6 months as an Associate, all while she attended college full time. During her 7-year tenure as a DSC, she used her high energy, positive attitude, extensive hands-on training systems and natural talents to cultivate a winning team that produced over $1 million in sales for 4 consecutive years.

Kaylie truly loves what she does, she bleeds the Aflac blue. Her promotion to Regional Sales Coordinator in 2014 marks one of her greatest achievements to date. Every day is exciting with new challenges and she enjoys providing solutions for clients, teammates, and other leaders. She has earned numerous sales and leadership awards over the past 17+ years. Some of her proudest accomplishments include  having 22/23 quarters with FAMEs (30+ total FAMEs), 5-time Presidents Club Qualifier, and 8 National Convention qualifications.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, and their two children, Vivian (4) and Zander (2). They enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and watching her kids in their activities. She and Travis are always willing to try new adventures such as skydiving, white-water rafting, and dining at new restaurants.
